We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced Education Director to lead our academic department and drive our strategic educational initiatives to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop, oversee, and optimize the annual academic calendar and all educational operations.
Curriculum Development: Innovate and update academic curricula, ensuring alignment with global Business School standards.
Team Leadership: Manage, evaluate, and mentor faculty members, instructors, and the educational administrative staff.
Market Intelligence: Identify emerging trends in management education and design specialized, high-impact training programs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with students, faculty, and partner organizations to ensure the highest quality of learning experience.
Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the education department.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: PhD or DBA in Management (all specializations), Educational Management, or related fields.
Age: 50 years and older.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of senior management, academic, and executive experience in reputable universities, business schools, or educational institutions.
Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the structures, pedagogical models, and operational processes of modern Business Schools.

Proven ability in strategic planning and structured executive thinking.
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal and high-level negotiation abilities.
Decisiveness in crisis management and problem-solving.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 70,000,000 to 130,000,000 Tomans (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
