Director of Construction (EPC)

Position Overview

At Sefi Properties, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of construction to lead the Engineering, Procurement and Construction function across a growing portfolio of high-end residential development projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will oversee multiple Project Managers and lead the EPC function, ensuring effective project delivery through modern management practices, structured processes and performance-driven oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple projects through Project Managers across different locations.
• Supervise Engineering and Procurement functions and ensure effective integration with Construction.
• Monitor and analyze project performance with respect to cost, quality and time.
• Develop and apply modern project management methodologies and systematic, process-driven approach.
• Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights to support management decisions on project priorities, budgets, resources and schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including senior-level project and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement and Construction processes, project controls, scheduling, budgeting and cost-performance analysis.
• Experience in high-end residential or other quality-driven construction projects would be an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and analyze project reports, identify performance deviations and provide management-level recommendations.
• Experience with modern project management systems and familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI or ERP platforms.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working proficiency in English.
