
Job Description
• Management of all matters related to the establishment of companies and affiliated institutions. • Plan and manage to take the necessary measures in order to convene regular and extraordinary general meetings of companies and affiliated institutions. • Necessary coordination for issuing the invitation, sending the agenda of the general assemblies to the members of the general assemblies of the companies and affiliated institutions. • Review and analysis of audit reports in order to achieve appropriate solutions and provide suggestions to members of the General Assembly to decide on the issues raised in the audit reports. • Establish coordination and follow-up to prepare and submit a timely budget proposal and submit the financial balance of companies and affiliated institutions to the General Assembly. • Follow up and arrange the approvals of the general assemblies of companies and affiliated institutions and communicating them. • Follow up the implementation of the duties stipulated in the approvals of the general assemblies and submit the necessary reports to the managing director and members of the board of directors. • Gather information and prepare the required reports of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO in relation to the assemblies of companies and affiliated institutions. • Review and present suggestions and methods to improve the affairs of companies and affiliated institutions using the reports of auditors and statutory auditors of companies. • Receive and review the programs, plans, agreements and contracts submitted by companies and affiliated institutions and referring them to affiliated units according to the order of the CEO and members of the Board of Directors. • Review the economic summaries of the activities of companies and subsidiaries and evaluate their performance to help rank companies and organizations. • Perform and follow up on other referral tasks regarding companies and affiliated institutions by senior management.
Requirements
• Have at least 5 years of experience in managing the affairs of assemblies and companies. • Graduates of at least a Master's degree in one of the fields of industry, system management and productivity, executive management, private international commercial economic law.
