Main Objective:
- The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs.
- The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
- Plan and execute all webs, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Over 3 years’ experience in a marketing role in Fashion industry.
- Extensive experiences with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design and After Effects.
- Experience with video editing an asset;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Good in English skills (Reading and writing)
- Computer Skills: MS Office
- Experience in IT Market or background within IT industry is an Advantage
