1- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
2- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
3- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
4- Manage art and copy writing professionals (outsourcing where needed)
5- Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas
6- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
7- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
8- Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
9- Communicate with our President and Vice President about marketing goals and results
10- Manage CPC campaigns on google (google Ads)
Requirements
1- Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
2- Over 5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising
3- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
4- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
5- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
