POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an Industrial Designer with a passion for digital products who can translate industrial design thinking—function, usability, constraints, and system logic—into digital experiences and platform design.

Your responsibilities include:

. Applying industrial design thinking to digital products and systems
· Understanding user bases and translating insights into product decisions
· Designing workflows, interaction models, and experience logic
· Contributing to product and UX strategy with a strong focus on usability
· Collaborating with product designers and engineers
· Communicating ideas through diagrams, sketches, and prototypes
· Using AI tools to explore concepts and accelerate iteration

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

. Analyzing user needs and behaviors across different user bases
· Translating insights into clear product structures and flows
· Designing with a focus on usability, clarity, and real-world use
· Collaborating with designers and engineers on product-level challenges
· Using AI to explore multiple solution paths
· Iterating concepts based on feedback, constraints, and real-world use

SKILLS

Industrial Design & Digital Thinking
· Background in industrial design or a related discipline
· Strong interest or experience in digital products and UX
User & Systems Understanding
· Ability to analyze user bases and design for scale
· Systems-oriented mindset and structured problem solving
AI & Learning
· Openness to AI-assisted design workflows
· Curiosity and continuous learning mindset

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their thinking through relevant work samples, such as case studies, diagrams, workflows, or prototypes that explain how functional, usability, and system constraints informed design decisions.
