Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End User Experience Design:Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless flow across all touchpoints of our platform.
Product Vision Translation:Convert product visions and insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are aligned with business goals.
Prototyping & Interaction Design:Create both low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
User Research & Usability Testing:Participate in user research activities and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and gain insights for design improvement.
Collaboration with Product Managers:Work closely with Product Managers to ensure design ideas align with product strategy and validate design assumptions with real user data.
Design Documentation & Trade-offs:Document design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to ensure clarity and provide a clear understanding of the design process to cross-functional teams.
Design Language Evolution:Contribute to shaping the next generation of the product’s design language, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in Product Design with a focus on consumer-facing digital products.
Expertise in User Flow, UX Thinking, and Interaction Design.
Strong proficiency in interactive prototyping using tools like Figma.
Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and zero-to-one projects.
Ability to present and defend design decisions effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working on marketplace, social, or commerce platforms.
Familiarity with user research methodologies.
Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers during the discovery phase.
Skills & Competencies:
Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design work.
Design Expertise: Ability to create and iterate on designs that balance user needs with business goals.
Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design choices and gather feedback.
Research-Oriented: Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to integrate findings into design iterations.
