Job Description

• Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve departmental goals and targets
• Plan and coordinate daily team activities and workload
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and applicable quality and regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Prepare and review relevant reports and documentation
• Promote a strong culture of quality, teamwork, safety, and accountability

Requirements:
• Previous experience in metabolic products
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory position for minimum one year of related experience
• Good knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Good relationships with main endocrinologists and KOLs
• Good command of English
