Maintaining and running the operational services.
Maintaining, configuring, and scaling DevOps, ITSM, monitoring, and logging tools.
Designing and implementing DevOps processes.
Investigating and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

Operational experience in DevOps/SRE, systems engineering, build/release/deployment
automation.
Expertise in the key skills of Scalability, Reliability, and Observability.
Excellent understanding of Microservices and Cloud technologies.
Experience with Containerization and Docker.
At least three years of experience in orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and service support and maintenance.
Thorough understanding and experience with Configuration Management, such as Ansible,
Chef, Puppet.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes such as (Jenkins or Gitlab or Azure DevOps).
Experience with programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, C#, and Python.
Experience with web servers such as Nginx or Apache or IIS.
Expertise with control and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
