  • Be in charge of country expansion across the country
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Develop a strong pipeline for all formats concepts across the country
  • Identify and assess new market locations by having good relations with developers, landlords, and real estate agents
  • Develop a clear roadmap to achieve strategic objectives and actively supports teams to ensure delivery.
  • Role model and coach others on making decisions effectively based on facts, context, and risks.
  • Role-model the "one company" mindset by proactively contributing for the benefit of the company as a whole.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the retail industry.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Creative thinker, problem solver, independent personality with self-disciplined personality.
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
