Job Description

• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets • Supervision on communication with the specialists, pharmacists, GP, Pharmacies to increase their awareness about Company’s products in the morning & evening • Managing an effective sales activities • Manage daily sales operation • Monitor sales targets and ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly reports are in place • Working closely with Marketing & Distribution team • Manage sales people and team work capability • Team training & coaching as a team leader • Consistently reviewing the account balance of customers and follow up the payments • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales teams • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines

Requirements

• Travel requirements: daily, Market survey • University Qualifications: BS degree • Minnimum2 years experiences, at least, in the field as sales Supervisor (Dermo-Cosmetic Field) • Understanding of statistical tools, reports and methods • High ability in data analyzing • Perfect English knowledge • Perfect knowledge on word, excel, power point & internet • Excellent communication skills • Problem solver • Self-motivation • Team coaching
