• Responsible for managing performances as well as the coaching and mentoring of employees through talent development
• Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical team
• Understand fully internal sales systems and procedure and develop weekly/monthly visit plans
• Monitor and update competition knowledge
• Identify prospective customers by using business directions, following leads from existing clients
• Attending trade shows and conferences
• Being familiar with the dermatology field
Requirements
• University qualification: medical- related majors, biology, chemistry, physiology,
• Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)
• Good command of English language
• Nationality preference: Iranian
• Being flexible with traveling across the country
• Previous experience: 3 years
