Job Description
- Increase the speed and quality of the production process.
- Control the production line.
- Supervise the planning required for the department, project, or organization.
- Provide development proposals to government agencies.
- Interpret and evaluate relevant legal documents and laws to assess the impact on the project.
- Communicate with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues during the project.
- Provide training and development of employees.
- Monitor the expenses.
- Define project goals, policies, and procedures.
- Adjust the project or development schedule and material flow.
- Supervise other planning personnel such as consultants and developers.
- Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 8 to 5.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
- +5 years of managerial experience in production planning.
- Proficient in control and project management.
- Familiar with quality management systems.
- Preferably experience working in a production environment.
