Job Description
As the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Asia Instruments – Alderley Joint Venture facility, working for the General Manager and based at Payam. You will be required to oversee the successful completion of contracts to budget, schedule and customer satisfaction, and assist with the Human Resource, Engineering, Sales and Quality requirements of the company.
The job holder should have the potential to develop into the role of General Manager.
Responsible to: General Manager
Directly Supervising: Proposals Department, QA Department, Engineering Department, Production Department, Service Department
Occasional travel may be required inside and outside of the country.
Training will be provided based on the successful candidate experience.
