Job Description

This position is responsible for 1) Designing, developing, delivery, updating and supporting reports and dashboards to convey insights to the decision makers and founders. 2) Developing reports such as various reports, dashboards, charts, and info graphics using Fast Report, Tableau or other BI tools (e.g. Qlikview, Power BI, SSRS, Excel, and PowerPivot) 3) Creating documentation and visualization for the CEO to understand the underlying concept in each KPI, report and dashboard in cooperating with BI Business Analysts 4) Demonstrating a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods and approaches in order to draw conclusion and make inferences.

Requirements

1-3 years experience in operations or business environment Bachelors degree in business, MBA, or accounting Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client/business • In-depth knowledge of various statistical functions and visualizations • Knowledge of SQL and T-SQL Programming as well as Data Warehousing • Strong knowledge of MS SQL, MS Excel, MS Access and other data consolidation and presentation tools • Experience/ familiarity with Business Intelligence tools • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience/ familiarity with Insurance Businesses is a big plus • Ideal Age:23-43
