• Creating specific reports based on the needs of organization through Excel, CRM System
• Support the implementation of Incentive system by collecting, processing, analyzing the data before, filling in templates
• Support CE in targeting data, field force structure, new tools within deadlines & proactively communicated to field force (FF) & handling samples.
• Perform and document data analysis, data validation and data mapping/design.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations.
• Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related Equipment and software.
• Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
• Performing timely workstation hardware and software Upgrades as required.
Requirements
• Microsoft office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Accuracy & quality check in reporting.
• Experience as an IT help desk is a plus.
• BSc in System Analysis or Computer related degrees.
Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances specially training, instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.

• To be familiar with pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetics internal process.
• Fluent or excellent command in English Writing/Speaking
