Job Description
The Delivery & Service Manager is responsible for the delivery of Mitoconnect’s services to clients and ensuring successful client experiences that are consistent with Mitoconnect’s high standards. We are looking for a D&S Project Manager who possesses strong experience as a project manager for delivery of custom projects. You will be involved in setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties, managing and monitoring the project team and implementation subcontractors, evaluating progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure that our clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results Responsibilities - Serves as the primary Mitoconnect D&S contact for the client and responsible for client satisfaction - Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations - Ensures that client issues are addressed in an efficient and timely manner - Ensures that D&S initiatives are met and delivered in a timely manner, and within the prescribed budget - Reviews all major deliverable to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met - Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met - Track and report on all client projects / changes / growth - Provides on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones - Reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities - Prepares estimates and detailed project plan for delivery phases of the project - Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues - Act as an internal quality control check for the project delivery - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders - Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards - Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing subcontractors and subcontractors
Requirements
- 2 years of proven D&S management or other relevant experience - Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in appropriate field of study - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs - Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands - Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close - Full proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Good negotiation and account navigation skills - Ability to negotiate and manage contracts - Thorough knowledge of contracts types and bid evaluation
