Job Description
The job holder is ambassador of innovation and renovation and cost-saving projects in the Factory.
The ambassador role could be acting as project leader or contributor be engaging different resources in the factory (fabrication).
The job holder should manages all process of the cheese trial planning from define to get result and conclusion.
The job holder should manages all planning phases and procedures till performing cheese trials.
Prepares and controls budget.
The job holder should Supports Production during weekly Meeting and Propose Corrective and Preventive Actions
The validation of the performance level (TRS (OEE), Waste, Overview, cost…) in the decision process (Reco, Tech GO…) is expected in parallel with supplier cheese development process.
