Job Description

* The primary responsibility is to realize sales targets and execute the sales strategy as it’s been laid out. * Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of efficient customer service. * Keep a close contact with and build rapport and trust with customers * Proactively monitoring the successful execution of the customer’s shipment process. * Develop and maintain a customer database * The candidate should be in contact with clients on a daily basis * Providing reports for direct managers * The candidate may need to help with different aspects of shipping/transport as requested by the direct manager
