Job Description: Due to enormous number of clients with variety of requests, we expect experienced, committed, team-worker and high performance experts with following skills and requirements for handling and management of all affairs related to customer services and providing advice to clients. Requirements
Responsibilities: • Working as head of customer service department • Responding to clients requests and solving problems • Ensuring all problems are handled properly and client satisfaction is earned • Dealing with hotels and hotel suppliers to find adequate solution for probable issues. • Handling group booking request from client request to finalizing the reservation with hotels • Managing special request such as airport transferring Desired Skills and Experience: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral in Persian and English language 2. Flexible working hours 3. Quick decision making and efficient problem solving skills 4. Proficiency with Excel and Word 5. Experience in hotel reservation industry is an asset 6. Ability to coach team members and influence as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes 7. Team player who is willing to work hard to build strong and productive relationships at all levels within the Line of Service and clients
