Job Description

● Develop and monitor all online sales activity. ● Research and implement the most effective online services and methods to grow sales. ● Report sales performance and cost per sale data to senior management. ● Call center management of online and telephone orders. ● Providing annual sales budget and follow-up to achieve it. ● Collaborate in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction. ● Analyze the market, customers, competitors, and products and services continuously and provide related reports. ● Persuade staff from other teams to be customer-centric, while them having different, even opposite goals/KPIs. ● Create positive relationships with other departments leaders to create an efficient cooperation environment and deliver second to none solutions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● Fluent in Excel. ● Fluent in communication skills. ● Fluent in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques. ● Fluent in teamwork and problem-solving power. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales and customer relations. ● Timely decision-making skills.
