Director of Government Relations
- Provide analyses of legislative issues concerning the company
- Serve as primary point-of-contact with government agencies and personnel
- Develop and maintain relationships with key policy makers and other key government officials
- Identify and evaluate the impact of regulatory issues to the interests of the company
- Facilitate necessary political activities
- Monitor legislative activities to keep the company regulation in accord
- Communicate company policies to management and external parties
- Manage internal and external communication with the media
Customer Service Manager
- Ensure client needs are satisfied
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and standards
- Handle face-to-face client enquiries, complaints and other concerns
- Utilize reports on common client concern and best solutions
- Meet with the management to discuss possible improvements to client relations
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to company goals and priorities
Requirements
• Job Experience: 3- 5 years experience in government environment.
• University degree: Bachelor of Science (Industrial Engineering, MBA or Management)
• Computer Skills: MS Office
• Personal Attribute: Strong Communication skills, self -Motivated, Strong Leadership abilities
• Age: 25-35
