Job Description

For the benefit of our customers who are the precious assets of our company, we are looking for customer support specialists to help them with their technical questions and problems while using our website and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' queries and problems in a timely and accurate way.
  • Develop a professional and trusting relationship with clients and keep them up-to-date with Aron Groups' services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the reported issue is resolved.
  • Record customers' problems and questions to present to relevant managers as a report.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Working hours: rotating shifts of 9 hours - 6 days per week.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly payment of 220 USD.
  • Completely remote work.

  • Free in-service training -extensive and continuous training on global financial markets.

  • Aron Groups does not have any representation or office in IRAN. The company is incorporated under Marshall Island law, and our offices are in England and Cyprus.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in at least one of these languages: English, Arabic, or Turkish - 70%.
  • Experience with CRM.

Good to have :

  • Familiarity with global financial markets.
  • Fluency in third language - 70%.
  • Familiarity with sales skills.
