● Legislating and executing marketing process, and selling our loyalty system.
● Analyzing customers' data and coming up with new solutions to improve the performance our system.
● Accomplishing marketing researches and checking the feasibility of programs.
● Preparing and arranging the required contracts for the product and receiving the necessary approvals for each customer, based on the project structure.
● Preparing financial reports and follow up their payments.
● Setting up meetings with costumers in order to find their requirements, train them, and prepare minutes of the meetings and follow up the results.
● Interacting with customers and providing training program for them.
● Presenting various types of improvement, operation, and monitoring and evaluation reports.
Requirements
● Familiarity with CRM and loyalty programs.
● Familiarity with the principles of Agile project management.
● Being expert in sales and marketing principles.
● Having knowledge about financial concepts.
● Having good level of public relations.
● Having good knowledge in office software, especially Microsoft.
● Documentation and presentation.
● Internet and research.
● Familiarity with strategic planning topics.
● Intermediate knowledge of English.
