-Work (import, export and transform) with data in CRM platform and Marketing tools
-Communicate (Call, send SMS or email) with customers based on product customer journey plans
-Prepare CRM reports
-Follow up with customer needs and problems
-Analysis CRM projects and customer journey performance
-Respond to customers in online chat tools
-Categorize customer questions and answers provided and add to FAQ
-Design and send text messages through corporate customer communication platforms (Social media, SMS, email)
Requirements
-At least 1 year of experience in CRM, marketing, or any other customer-related work experience
-Office & ICDL especially Excel
-High accuracy, discipline, and commitment
-Good expression in conversation with customers
-Ability to make active calls with customers
-Ability to categorize
-Key person and a good helper in family and friends

-Appropriate writing: The ability to write text to communicate with customers in SMS and phone calls

-Experience in work with CRM platforms
-Extract reports from recorded data
