• Preparing reports and analyzing data of activities to assist management
• Being familiar with the concepts of Operational/Analytical and Collaborative CRMs
• Training staff in areas of customer relationship management system and company policies
• Quality control and monitoring daily activities of staff operation in CRM system
• Making and develop products process to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization in the CRM system
• Identify customer require in the CRM field and provide best practices
Requirements
• Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
• Proficient computer skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Excellent Excel skill is a must
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in CS, CRM Systems, understanding a structured way of working using SLAs, SOPs, and KPIs to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines with agility
• Ability to work under pressure
• Deep problems of CRM solving
• Good knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven work experience with Payam Gostar CRM or local CRM systems
• Proven work experience in a similar position in Payam Gostar Company
