Job Description

Main objective: As a company in the field of Barcode & RFID, we need to develop our proprietary software to handle our customer database. In this regard, we need CRM admin with a good practical knowledge and sense of CRM systems. Main responsibilities: ● Develop new plugins, workflows and web services in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. ● Discover, document, and analyze organizational processes. ● Define common access rights, such as private. ● Public read and public read/write Permission for accessing the data across the organization. ● Provide training and ongoing support for internal users related to systems (report building, data quality, new integration). ● Administration and management, customizing, reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. ● Identify creative work-around to meet requirements without the development of custom code. ● Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.

Requirements

Requirements ● Experience in installing and deploying CRM organizations. ● Experience in customizing and creating CRM entities. ● Experience in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes. ● Experience in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms. ● Experience with NET/C#. ● Hands on experience of analysis in a web development environment. ● Any Microsoft Certifications are a plus. ● Ideal age range: 25 - 40
