Job Description

The mission of the CRM Assistant at Zarrin Roya group is To follow up the consumer complaints in order to improve the quality of the products tailored to their needs. The main tasks can be listed below: ● To prepare and submit the reports related to customer complaints. ● To communicate with the consumer when necessary (via outgoing call). ● To report the CRM system problems and coordinate with IT in order to solve the problem. ● To coordinate the payroll fund in order to investigate the grievance procedure. ● To investigate the defective return packages from cities and Tehran and coordinate with the factory for tests. ● To follow up the grievance matters with city offices. ● To coordinate the meetings and document the minutes.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Management, Marketing, or Social Sciences. ● More than 3 years of experience. ● Proficient in English (written and verbal). ● Teamwork spirit. ● Effective communication skills. ● Proficient in CRM and SAP software.
