
Job Description
Main responsibilities: - Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy - Create a rough layout using hand sketches or computers. - Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and internet website - Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; - Creating design solutions that have a high visual impact - Research the technical properties of products. - Determine what makes products appealing to consumers. - Develop unique, new concepts. - Conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns. - Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends. - Ensuring that the creative function operates in an efficient, profitable manner - Ensuring that our creative product remains leading edge and ahead of our competition - Manage multiple projects from concept through completion - Provide quality control over concepts and project - Determine most appropriate media for ad to appear in. - Use ad agency resources to produce final version of ad. Reporting to: General Manager Number required: 1 Desired start date: As soon as possible Gross monthly base salary: Depending on experience and skills
Requirements
University qualifications: - Graduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design Specialist knowledge: - have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing - A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process - Knowledge of each step of an ad campaign's process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet our advertising expectations - Passion, Integrity, and Energy! - be highly creative Other Skills: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash, PowerPoint and other programs usually required to apply
