
Job Description
• Visit Drs. and Pharmacies in Tehran • Delivering Scientific/medical data to Customers • Reporting all field feedback to company • Execution all planning of sales Dept. • Regular visits of physicians and pharmacies in order to develop relationship with customers and promote company products. • Building effective relationship with decision makers in medical centers. • Applies field planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage to achieve assigned sales target. • Monitoring competitor activities and products. • Reporting visits and feedback of the physicians to the team supervisor. • Negotiating contracts with vendors and third parties. • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher. • At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales supervision or having acceptable capability proportional to position. • Motivation for Sales • Making Decisions and Solving Problems • Building Relationship • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business • Work under the guidelines. • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships • Handling and Moving Objects • Coaching, Developing, Training and Teaching Others • Assisting and Caring for Others - Acceptable knowledge on Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
