Job Title: Copper Sheet Factory Manager
Location: Mahmoudabad Industrial Town, Qom
Number of Direct Reports: Approximately 200 staff
Job Objective:
To manage and oversee the entire production process of copper sheets, from raw copper input to finished product, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize the overall production process in the factory
• Supervise the performance of all production departments and ensure product quality
• Manage approximately 200 employees and allocate tasks effectively
• Implement industrial safety and health standards
• Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department
• Optimize processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with maintenance and factory repair units
• Provide regular reports to the CEO or Board of Directors
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in managing production lines in metals or similar factories
• Strong leadership skills and problem-solving ability in operational challenges
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
• Proficiency in production planning and resource management
