Job Description

• Screening incoming calls and correspondence and processing calls and emails as appropriate • Managing detailed travel plans and itineraries for foreign engineers • Coordinating various aspects of travel for foreign engineers and PMs including obtaining visa, booking and purchasing tickets, coordinating the accommodation • Maintaining relationships and communications with all levels of project members as well as expats to identify critical issues are met • Organizing and scheduling meetings and events • Preparing and drafting materials including letters, memorandums, and agendas, meeting minutes, reports, summaries and presentations. • Organizing and maintaining information in various database and systems.

Requirements

• BSc degree • Excellent command of English; • Fluency in both written and spoken English • Holding a university degree • Having at least 3 years of experience working in similar positions • Excellent time management and perfect attention to details • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required • Good skill of Microsoft office, email and Internet
