Job Description

● Prepare documents, and coordinate all approvals and payments. ● Follow up on all stages of contracts. ● Coordinate all issues with suppliers and different departments inside the company. ● Price and market analysis and reporting.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, or Finance, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. ● Working experience in contracting management, a deep understanding of all contract processes. ● Practical experience in concluding contracts and arranging in-time payments. ● Strong analytical and communication skills. ● Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to interact with all levels. ● Self-management and in-time initiative skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines. ● Multitask ability. ● Fluent in verbal and written English (upper-intermediate level or higher).
