Job Description
1. Audit and validate all contracts for strict tax and SSO adherence, including payment terms and gross-up calculations.
2. Administer project insurance codes, obtain clearance certificates, and ensure systematic refund/settlement of retained amounts.
3. Lead statutory SSO audits, compile required documentation, and collaborate on drafting legal defense statements for dispute resolution boards.
4. Execute General Ledger (GL) reconciliations for contract-related accounts, resolve legacy balances, and report on insurance risks.
