Job Description

• To draft various types of contracts, amendments, and all related correspondence. • To adjust contracts to ensure compatibility with applicable laws and regulations. • To propose contractual advice (as may be required). • To administer concluded contracts up to close-out report.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Law, Management and/or Engineering from Iranian universities and higher education institutes approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or internationally-accredited universities whose degrees are confirmed by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran (Other related fields of study may be taken into consideration). • Minimum 5 years of contracting experience. (Experience in the field of Oil & Gas Contracts would be considered as an advantage). • Full proficiency in English and literacy in general and professional software for each job is required • Having a minimum cumulative average of 14 or 15 is required respectively for the graduates of high-ranking state universities and other universities • ICDL skill. • Team-work skills & self-motivated.
