Handling and checking the status of contractors
Dealing with the minutes of the contractors' meetings
Pursuing matters related to contracts
Price inquiries from contractors
Qualifying conditions:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering and other related fields
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with meters and estimation of construction items
Getting to know how to formulate general and private conditions of agreements and contracts
Familiar with all matters and procedures of tenders
Strong in contract analysis
Familiarity with the inquiry process of quality assessment of contractors and suppliers
Getting to know how to set up and review status statements, assembly statements, and agendas
Familiarity with Tadkar, Tadbir, Texa software
Place of work: west of Tehran (Hava Nirouz)
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 08:00 to 18:00 and Thursdays 08:00 to 14:00
Requirements
● Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields.
● At least three years of relevant work experience.
● Getting to know the meter and estimation of construction items.
● Familiarity with price indexes and Excel and Tadbir software.
● Familiarity with insurance and tax laws of contracting and procurement contracts.
● Getting to know how to formulate the private terms of the agreement.
● Familiarity with how to prepare the attachments of each contract, including the main documents and documents, maps, HSE regulations, project charter, etc.
● Familiarity with bills for delays, adjustments, new prices, etc.
