Job Description

• Lead and support Continuous Improvement / LEAN projects from scoping through implementation.
• Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving sessions, and training workshops.
• Partner with business units to define KPIs and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
