Job Description

*Purpose:
Analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement within an organization's business, mainly supply chain and operational strategies. This is a crucial role in driving organizational excellence by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives & therefore optimizing efficiency and effectiveness within an organization.

*Main Responsibilities:

1- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
2- Analyzing data, conducting root cause analysis, and developing strategies to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
3- Enveloping and executing the overall continuous improvement strategy for the organization. This includes setting strategic goals, driving initiatives, measuring performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4- Developing 'as-is' process maps.
5- Helping drive continuous improvement in lean program; consistently demonstrating innovative new thinking focused on lean strategy, performance, and implementation
6- Defining and engaging appropriate stakeholders
7- Ensure excellent solutions are working within the determined frame & aligned with HQ
8- Clarify waste & Muda in the current system & develop solutions based on agreed KPIs
9- Assist in collecting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators for the organization.
10- Assist in designing new methods and procedures for operational processes.
11- Build and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions across multiple functions
12- Build and manage a deployment roadmap of Continuous Improvement at the group level
13- Coach and mentor LEAN Project Champions to lead and support projects
14- Coach and train leaders in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
15- Coach and train staff in the use of continuous improvement tools
16- Coach, guide, and/or lead cross-functional teams to achieve resolution of assigned projects
17- Contribute to strategic planning at the plant level
18- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement network development
19- Conduct gap analysis to "best in class” to understand where we need to improve to support our vision
20- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
21- Lead and manage CI projects that deliver a best-in-class customer experience

*Requirements:

1- At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain, operational principles, and practices gained within an operating company
2- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial engineering, or related fields
3- Previous experience in an FMCG company/industry is an advantage
4- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PPT) & Power BI
5- Good knowledge of System Group Software (e.g., Rahkaran) is an advantage

7- Solid analytical skills
8- Risk management skills
9- Communicating goals with other stakeholders and assuring they fully understand and willingly accept them
