Content Manager

Job Description

Mamanino is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to lead our international expansion on YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adapting our successful Farsi-language video content for a global audience, starting with English and expanding to Arabic and Spanish channels. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's voice for new markets and build communities from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process of localizing video content for multiple languages.
Coordinate with vendors to order and manage video translations.
Generate accurate subtitles and/or use AI tools to create high-quality dubbing.
Design compelling, clickable thumbnails and write SEO-optimized video titles and descriptions.
Upload, schedule, and manage content across our international YouTube channels.
Foster community growth by actively engaging with viewers and responding to comments.
Analyze channel performance data and provide insights to guide content strategy.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital content creation.
Strong command of English, sufficient for communicating with international vendors and working on English-language websites.
Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating graphics and thumbnails.
A solid understanding of the YouTube platform and its best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
Basic project management skills, with the ability to outline tasks and manage timelines.
A keen interest in the field of artificial intelligence and its creative applications.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Full professional fluency in English.
Proven experience managing and growing a YouTube channel.
Advanced proficiency in video editing.
A background or interest in psychology.

Working Conditions:
Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Environment: In-office position at our Andarzgoo location.
