● To ensure correct outlet selections are in place for the field force team. ● To ensure correct scenarios and verbalizations are communicated in the right mediums at the right times to the field force team. ● To coordinate and maintain full alignment with the field force team to make sure clear communication is in place, and have aligned WoW to achieve targets. ● To ensure feedback is captured from the market and users post-deployment for further improvements. ● To engage with the supplier team to assure all needed soft materials are being uploaded and useable for the field force team. ● To engage with all stakeholders to review team performance.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management. ● At least 2 years of relevant FMCG experience. ● Proven experience in trade marketing and distribution. ● Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a multicultural team. ● Strategic thinker with good analytical capability. ● Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ● Fast learner and can adapt easily to different challenges as they arise. ● Sound planning and organizational skills. ● Computer literate (advanced Excel and PPT). ● Understanding of brand marketing and portfolio management as well as supply chain and logistics. ● Adequate budgeting and finance experience. ● Team player. ● Professional in English.
