Job Description

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices for construction projects.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale construction projects to ensure they meet objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage potential project risks.
  • Provide support and guidance to project managers in decision-making processes, especially in critical situations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within project management practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among project teams.

Requirements:
