Objective of the role: We need to employ a project manager who can perform designed plan such as electrical construction and building facilities in Eram kish hotel..
List of responsibilities:
- Project reconstruction manager: perform designed plan correctly, electrical ,building facilities and interior shot.
- Manage human resources and contractor.
- Best use of determined material with minimum losses.
- Complete the project in minimum time.
** Accommodation is provided by the company
Reporting to: Hotel manager and hotel owner.
Subordinates: Employees-workers-contractors.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: 8 to 12 hours.
Travel requirements: NO.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: It is negotiable and proposals are reviewed .
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: It is possible - negotiable .
