Job Description

  • Manage construction project quality requirements and meet critical dates.
  • Manage to schedule and expedite project schedules and improve project quality.
  • Manage trade procurement.
  • Develop effective relationships with team members.
  • Make daily transactions and prepare project accounting reports.
  • Prepare project daily reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Process and compliance orientation.
  • Perfect command of CAD, and MS Office.
