- Maintain and update personnel information
- Maintain relevant documents
- Check and ensure the transfer of information about employee rulings to the payroll system
- Enter employees' information into the ETS system
- Collect and archive monthly operation information and relocation of the company's employees
- Settle the affairs of separated employees
- Collect all regulations, instructions, and regulations related to payment of salaries and update them.
- Provide cross-sectional personnel reports required by senior officials.
- Deal with daily issues/grievances and manage conflicts
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in HR or other related fields
- Proficient in ETS system, HAMKARAN system
- Familiar with labor law and HR guideline/legislation
- High ability in creative teamwork
- Care in matters of monitoring and measurement
- Ability to work with Excel and Word
- 3 to 5 years of proven HR experience (Pharmaceutical industry is preferred)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
