- Strong knowledge of import & export laws and regulations.
- Strong command of commercial correspondence and communications in English.
- Planning and communicating with international suppliers to facilitate importation of products.
- Manage all registration related activities, coordination with foreign companies to obtain necessary documents. Such as, preparation of registration documents, gathering FDA, CE, ISO and all other required documents; follow up of submitted dossiers with MOH until successful registration.
- Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods.
- Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering and all other import process formalities.
- Actively follow up the procedures of obtaining entrance and clearance permission.
- Supervising the assigned broker for custom clearance& preparing customs release documents.
- Ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time and as per the agreement.
- License renewal and variation submission
- Translating the needed documents to be submitted to MOH
- To manage the full administrative cycle of interactions with and within the MOH
Requirements
- Practical experience with MOH for registration and obtaining necessary permissions.
- Familiar with banking and process for money transfer (TT or LC) and payments.
- Registering PI and Invoices in the designated systems and getting necessary approvals from ministry of health and ministry of commerce.
- Minimum bachelor's degree, in business administration, economics, English
- At least 4 years' experience as a commercial expert
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws, Incoterms and shipment.
