Job Description

The Commercial & Procurement Specialist is responsible for the implementation of internal and external purchasing processes, follow-up of orders, coordination of shipment and clearance of goods, and commercial support of EPC projects in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics, and HSE. This position works under the supervision of the commercial manager and has a key role in realizing the timing of equipment supply, control of commercial documents and communication with domestic and foreign suppliers.

This role requires mastering the project supply process, continuous communication with vendors, coordination with engineering sales team, project manager and financial unit.

Main duties:
Implementation of internal and external purchase of project equipment
Receive and review Proforma Invoice and Vendors' business conditions
Issuance of Purchase Order according to technical and financial approval
Follow up on the manufacture, preparation and delivery of goods
Coordination with international transport companies
Preparation and control of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB, etc.)

Supply timing control according to the project plan
Continuous communication with engineering sales team, project manager and finance
Follow up of vendor guarantees if needed
Complete registration and archiving of commercial documents for each project
Business support for tenders and contracts

Eligibility conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, international business, industrial engineering or related fields
At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial trade or project supply
Relative proficiency in English for business correspondence
Ability to manage multiple orders at the same time
High accuracy, responsibility and strong follow-up
Ability to regularly report to the business manager

Familiarity with the following is required:
Foreign and domestic purchasing process
Shipping and clearance documents
Incoterms terms
International logistics coordination
Purchase of precision instruments, electrical, mechanical and HSE equipment
Communication with external vendors
Collaborate with finance team for payments and LC
Supply structure in EPC projects

It is an advantage:
Work experience in oil, gas or petrochemical projects
Experience in foreign supply of industrial equipment
Familiarity with the EPC tender process
Experience working with European and Asian suppliers
