● Import process from A to Z.
● Perform and coordinate all the commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase price.
● Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses.
● Prepare and handle all the documents such as proforma invoices, shipping documents, and commercial registration procedures.
● Handle all the bank procedures, customs affairs, transporting follow-ups, insurance, inspection and etc.
● Be up-to-date on current rules and regulations in import and export and monitor applicable law changes.
● Control all the shipping documents and archiving also, preparing payment documents for the financial department.
● Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
● Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
● Provide needed reports.
● Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 am to 17:00 pm; Thursday: if necessary.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree.
● Preferably work experience in manufacturing companies.
● Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Comprehensive knowledge of commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing, correspondences, Incoterms and etc.
● Familiar with processes and rules of obtaining permits/licenses from organizations.
● Familiar with principles of International Trade and customs clearance and logistics.
● Fluent in English (4 skills).
● Highly cultivated, self-confident, punctual, excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and responsibility.
● Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team and make decisions in crucial situations.
● Ability to work under work pressure, and deadlines.
● At least five years of related experiences.
● Gender preference: Female.
● Ideal age range: 30 to 40 years old.
