Job Description
• Handling deals with suppliers. • Developing and monitoring operations and accounting procedures. • Supervising the purchasing process, organizing payments and expenditures. • Knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, risk management and financial management. • Ability to determine success and failure of commercial enterprises. • Preparing documents for import license • Preparing purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. • Checking shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. • Comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. • Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. • Responding to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. • Contacting suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems • Developing Sales policy and procedure • Executing all aspects of sales planning including product mix, merchandising, etc... • Providing sales reports, daily, monthly, quarterly and annually • Overseeing all aspects of customer relationship activities in order to ensure strong client relationships • Training and development of sales staff • Other related duties assigned by higher manager
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, economy or other related degrees. • At least 10 years experience as commercial manager or senior expert in purchasing and selling field especially in chainstores. • Fluent in English. • Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws . • Good knowledge of Computer skills including excel and word. •Good ability in Resolving contractual and commercial problems. • Excellent teamwork
