-Ensure balances of all inventories on the company’s balance sheet and records accurately reflect physical amounts and quantities in warehouses, in transit and in work in progress.
-Ensure the Stock Policy is implemented and operation inventories are in control.
-Prepare monthly actual vs. forecast report for materials purchase cost and investigate on major variances.
-Ensure budgeted material prices are revised based on actual prices.
-Prepare, analyze and present the duration of all inventory types on a monthly basis.
-Ensure inventory balance and records are reflected as physical stock at all times.
-Review and monitor importation plan on a regular basis, changes in working capital and cash flow to be highlighted to Planning & Reporting team
-Prepare, analyze and report on a monthly basis the movement and stock holding of spares and compare with the company spares policy
-Control inventory closing process by ensuring stocks are closed before deadlines and all adjustments posted.
-Manage the reconciliation process of all operation finance accounts and discuss, agree and follow up on action plans for any problematic items.
Requirements
-B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
-Professional certificate (ACCA, CIMA,…) is an advantage
-Minimum two years of professional experience
-Prior experience in business partnership is preferred
-Proficiency in Accounting and Costing is a must
-Good knowledge of IFRS and Accounting Standards
-Excellent analytical skills
-High command of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point,…)
-Full English proficiency, both written and verbal
-Proactive, dynamic and team player
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-If living in other cities, moving to Karaj is a must.
