● Prepare and handle all necessary documentation for shipping documents, custom affairs, commercial registration, and banking procedures.
● Do all importing/exporting processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, shipping, and delivery schedules, and customs clearance.
● Control and follow up on all commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, and feedback).
Requirements
● At least 2 years of experience in the international commercial sector of manufacturing companies.
● Expert in all aspects of logistics, transport of goods, and clearance.
● Fluent in English: speaking, writing, listening, grammar, and external correspondence.
● Familiar with all aspects of logistics, import and export, and negotiation with international sellers.
● Familiar with all aspects of currency supply (Nima currency allocation).
● Ability to do teamwork.
● Ability to follow up on all matters in relevant ministries, central bank, ministry of health and etc.
● Fluent in MS Office.
